On the upper floor, where the main flat is located, there is a large covered terrace, a spacious living/dining room, a fully fitted kitchen with access to a patio with dining area and barbecue, two bedrooms, a shower room and a full en-suite bathroom. The pool and sun terrace is also located on this level. The property is fully fenced with automatic driveway gate. There is a car parking space on the enclosed property. Other vehicles can be parked in front of the house.
