INSIDE:



On the GROUND FLOOR, you will enjoy a spacious living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV, air conditioning and access to the covered terrace and the impressive pool. The fully equipped independent kitchen with dishwasher and ceramic hob will allow you to prepare delicious meals. Two bedrooms with two single beds each, and two bedrooms with a double bed, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, providing comfort and privacy. In addition, you will find a separate bathroom with a bathtub. The hallway has air conditioning for your comfort.





The UPPER FLOOR is made up of two independent apartments:





APARTMENT 1: A cozy living-dining room connected to a fully equipped independent kitchen. Three bedrooms with double beds and another bedroom with two single beds, accompanied by a separate bathroom with a bathtub. The hallway has air conditioning for a pleasant atmosphere.

Una estancia muy buena

La Villa era muy grande, la piscina estaba muy bien cuidada y las tres casas diferentes hacia que hubiera mucha intimidad dentro de la propia casa, a pesar de ser un grupo de 13 personas. Los baños estaban limpios y el resto de la casa también. Al llegar nos dimos cuenta de que el grupo anterior había dejado suciedad en el jardín y tejado. Enviamos un correo para avisar y esa misma tarde estaban en la casa limpiandolo todo. Han sido muy agradables con nosotros. Y el precio de la casa estaba muy bien y no era nada cara. Os la recomendamos!!

Geweldige tijd gehad in villa Lina, Calpe

Met een grote groep vrienden een week in deze villa verbleven. De villa is netjes en voorziet aan alle behoeftes. Ideaal voor een grote groep vrienden maar ook voor 3 families omdat de villa uit 3 gedeeltes bestaat met elk een eigen keuken, woonkamer en badkamer. De villa ligt 10 minuten lopen van een grote supermarkt en 15 minuten van het strand. De mensen zijn erg aardig en we konden altijd bellen als er iets was. Dezelfde dag kwam er een dan iemand om te kijken wat er aan de hand was. Ook kwam er om de paar dagen iemand om het zwembad schoon te maken. Calpe is een prachtig dorpje met veel leuke restaurantjes en barretjes. Een echte aanrader is het beklimmen van de grote rots. Op de top heb je een magisch uitzicht. Al met al hebben wij een geweldige tijd gehad en wouden we allemaal nog een weekje bijboeken in Calpe en in villa Lina.
