Villa Luxe is all about outdoor space, enveloped in lush shrubbery and palm trees, just over 1km from the beach. Set by the idyllic sands of Calpe, you’ll be blown away by the views of the imposing Penon de Ifach rock in the distance. The terrace is a slice of paradise, with the best feature being the tempting outdoor pool. Glistening under the Spanish sunshine, you could spend blissful afternoons swimming to escape the heat. Lined with sun loungers, life doesn’t get much better than unwinding poolside with a cocktail. Under the shaded upper balcony is a comfy sofa set up where you can clink glasses while staring out over the breathtaking landscape. In just a short drive, you’ve reached the centre of Calpe, with its long, white sandy beaches, modern bars, and top restaurants. There’s even something for history buffs, with Gothic churches, Roman ruins, and a beautiful old town to explore. 
Villa Luxe is a modern wonder, keeping to its namesake by being built with sophistication in mind. Two apartments combine to form a single villa, ideal for groups travelling together but still wanting their own space. Pull back the wide sliding doors to the ground floor open-plan living space, bringing the outdoors in. The interiors are designed stylishly with contemporary furnishings, minimalist décor, and pine accents. The neutral and white colour scheme is lifted by the vibrant pops of colour from the cushions and rugs. Each level also benefits from a sleek kitchen, furnished with glossy white cabinets and shiny countertops and kitted out with high-end appliances. With two bedrooms in each apartment, there’s enough space for a large family to spread out. 
*Please note, there are no internal stairs connecting the apartments, they are accessed externally only. 

Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 84cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 63cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 63cm wide. Outside, there is 1 step down from the lounge to the terrace. There is a further 4 steps down to the alfresco dining area from the pool. The master ground floor bedroom door is 120cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is only 69cm wide. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 220cm wide.
