LAY OUT : This amazing villa is spread over two floors connected by an inside marble staircase with stainless steel railing. On the upper floor are the 3 bedrooms (all of them with double bed), 2 bathrooms (a marble en suite bathroom and a bathroom with shower). There is a terrace shared by 2 bedrooms with panoramic views to the Olta and Toix mountains. Highlighting of this floor the laminated wood that provides a great comfort and the air conditioning by conduit that can be controlled depending on the plant in which we are. On the main floor there is a large independent and well equipped kitchen with a lot of cupboards. The living-dining room is comfortable with various leather sofas and an audio system. As the upper floor this level counts with an air conditioning by conduit.



EXTERIOR : The villa is located in a residential area called Valley View, a closed area where only the neighbours can access. The access to the plot is by a sliding gate where we can park our vehicle. In this entrance of the house there is a pretty gardener with various trees and shrubs. On the front terrace is the swimming pool with dining area, sunbeds and a gas barbecue . The great advantage of this pool is that we can fence it very easily for greater peace of mind and safety.



LOCATION : As we mentioned above to be located in a private urbanization, there is greater tranquillity and security. It is located at only 2km from the Mediterranean Sea and at little less from the downtown of Calpe where you will find all the services you need as restaurants, supermarkets, banks and pubs.
