The GREEN room, located on the ground floor, with an area of about 28 square meters, is a triple room and if necessary can accommodate three single beds or a double bed plus a single bed. The room is equipped with all comforts, air conditioning, free WI-FI internet H 24, flat screen TV, the room is furnished with simplicity and refinement; on the walls original paneled photos depicting corners and suggestive images of the Nissian countryside. The bathroom inside the room takes up the green of the room and the upholstery and is embellished with hand-decorated majolica. Inside the villa there is a large availability of parking space and the building is surrounded by a well-kept garden, with orange, lemon and other plants that give off the typical scents of Sicily. The rooms are double, triple, quadruple, and double single use. Both the equipped dining room and the 3 arcades are available for guests' breakfast. We particularly recommend having breakfast in the main porch, located right in front of the Dubini Park or under the gazebo furnished with tables and chairs, to better enjoy the beauty of the landscape and the sweetness of the climate.

The structure was completely renovated in January 2008.
