Fantastisch appartement

Leuk appartement. Schoon. veel verkeer bij de lokatie omdat het aan de doorgaande weg ligt van Cambrills naar Salou. Keuken uitrusting is prima. Alleen keukengerei zou iets beter kunnen. Super dakterras met mooi uitzicht. Al met al vinden wij het een leuk appartement en een prima lokatie in een goed onderhouden appartementen complex. Supermarkt is dichtbij en vele restaurants. Wij komen hier zeker terug.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette location. Pour les points positifs : Proche plage/commerc/resto Copropriété propre et parking sécurisé. Piscine propre. Appartement spacieux avec salle debain Literie bonne. Cuisine fonctionnelle mais pas de saladiers et assez de couverts. Climatisation ok les points négatifs : Bruit rue et voisin Petit parasol pour le toit terrasse, Au prix de la location une tonnelle nous aurait permis de vraiment profiter de cet espace Ménage à revoir

Great apartment

This apartment was excellent. Clean ,spacious and in an excellent location. Roof terrace was a bonus. Reasonably well equipped though a decent bread knife ,an oven glove might have been useful. Also not that I desire to iron in holiday was surprised there was no iron, we managed without it though

Muy buena ubicaciĂłn, cerca de la playa y a un paso de Salou. Zona tranquila .El Ășnico pero que le pondrĂ­a es que pasan trenes al lado y pitan. El apartamento bien equipado y confortable. La terraza muy grande . El aparcamiento del coche no tiene acceso directo al ascensor y tienes que rodear todo el edificio hasta llegar a la entrada. Cuando vas cargado es molesto. En rasgos generales me encantĂł el apartamento.

bel appartement récent mais mal agencé

l'appartement est dans un immeuble rĂ©cent mais malheureusement il est mal agencĂ©, une porte de couloir qui s'ouvre dans le couloir et empĂȘche de circuler dans le couloir, une terrasse sur le toit sans pergola, juste un petit parasol,donc impossible de tenir sur la terrasse en plein Ă©tĂ©. pas de plateau oĂč de panier pour emmener la vaisselle et tout le reste sur la terrasse. Il est aussi trĂšs mal isolĂ© contre les bruits, on entendait les voisins se parler dans les salles de bains ou sur les terrasses Ă  cause des conduit de VMC et les doubles vitrages du cĂŽtĂ© de la rue qui laissent passer les bruits des motos et des cars comme si les fenĂȘtre Ă©taient ouvertes. Nous n'y retournerons pas trop déçus.
