The main house is a two-story, three-room building covering approximately 130 square meters. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room/bedroom with a double sofa bed, an exit to the outside area, and an open transition to the dining area, which can accommodate eight people and features a cozy fireplace. The dining area seamlessly connects to the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a four-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer combination, and a coffee capsule machine. This floor also includes a shower/toilet.

Adjacent to the main house is another building with two rooms spread over two floors, covering approximately 35 square meters. The ground floor includes a living room with a sofa bed, a fireplace, a dining area, and a kitchenette equipped with a four-burner stove and a refrigerator. There is also a shower/toilet on this floor, and a narrow spiral staircase leading to the first floor, where you'll find a bedroom with a double bed measuring 1.50 meters wide and an exit via an external staircase to the outside. Additionally, there is a garden house, a one-room building of approximately 25 square meters, featuring a living room/bedroom with a double bed, a dining area, and a kitchenette with two burners and a refrigerator, as well as a shower/toilet. The largest outbuilding is the pool house, covering approximately 70 square meters, with a living room, a play and TV area, a billiards table, a dining table, and a kitchenette featuring five burners, an electric grill, a dishwasher, a refrigerator/freezer combination, a coffee capsule machine, and a kettle. Bed linen, towels, final cleaning, and all energy costs are included in the price.
