We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
Maya apartment, simple and very welcoming, is located near the center and the beach of Marina di Campo, but at the same time it is located in a very quiet area, away from the holiday crowds. Perfect for those who don't want to use the car during their holiday. The interior of the three-room apartment measures approximately 65 m2 and has been recently renovated. The beach, more than a kilometer long, with its golden sandy beach that slopes gently towards the sea, is ideal for families with children; it offers both a free beach and a large stretch of equipped beach. Towards the east you will find the wildest part of the beach, equipped with games for children, and a beautiful pine forest will guarantee you shelter from the sun during the hottest hours.

Available for our guests is: a large living room with well-equipped kitchenette and double sofa bed which overlooks a terrace with awning where you can eat outdoors, a double bedroom, a bedroom with single beds and a bathroom with shower. The bedroom windows overlook condominium spaces. The apartment has been completely renovated recently.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under 21 are not permitted
- check-in in our Agency from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am; fee for late check-in after 8.00 pm € 50.00
- deposit (mandatory): 200 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site
- as in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside
- only small size pets allowed, with a fee of € 30 on the spot

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Marina di Campo.
