Property of 120 m2 plus uncovered areas, with independent entrance from a private dirt road. Inside it consists of a large living room with recently replaced modern kitchen well equipped with oven, induction burners and dishwasher; sofas, dining room and recreation area and study in the mezzanine. Very comfortable sleeping area divided into four distinct bedrooms: one double, one twin with joinable beds, one bedroom with bunk bed, one single bedroom. Two bathrooms on the ground floor (one with shower and bidet and one with bathtub) and third bathroom in the mezzanine, all renovated in 2023.
The villa boasts a large terracotta terrace developed on three sides, in some sections covered by wattle, where you can fully enjoy the panorama of the Fetovaia valley sheltered from the hot summer sun.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under 25 years of age are not permitted

- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed on request, with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros (the property is not fenced)
-* the BBQ area must be used with care, as it is immersed in the park, fires must always be lit and extinguished, and it is strictly forbidden to use it on windy days
- deposit (mandatory): 500.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
