While the property is not new and shiny, it has a unique style. It’s clean and at the quieter end of the hotel zone. There is one restaurant/bar on the property, which we didn’t try, choosing instead to use the kitchenette. The staff is friendly and helpful. We called the front desk one day to say there was a problem with the water in our room and the maintenance person arrived quickly and resolved the problem quickly.

Love that the front desk instead of give me a 1 room he give me 2 rooms for thw same price with the ocean view i though it was nice of him , our fly got delay for 2 hours and they was witing foy us, the pool right by the ocean the reataurant , my family loved it we will come back.

Excellent Hotel For the Price!

The hotel was great for the price you pay! The pool is clean and beautiful with a restaurant and bar right next to it. The location of the hotel itself is in a quieter spot of Cancun with a few great restaurants within walking distance which we loved. There's a convenience store at the hotel and an OXXO right across the street - perfect for getting bottled water and/or snacks. The room had a great ocean view with a balcony. The air conditioning was perfectly cold. The beds weren't the comfiest, but the room was very clean and good enough for me. For the price I paid, I wasn't expecting a luxury hotel. This was about as nice, if not nicer, than I would have expected! The 24-hour front desk staff were also super friendly and helpful. My biggest criticism was probably just the confusion over how to contact the hotel from the U.S. We booked from Hotels.com and the phone number listed seemed to be incorrect and we found several different phone numbers attributed to "Cancun Plaza" not to mention different names for this complex (AR Cancun Plaza, Cancun Plaza Condos, Hotel Cancun Plaza, Bsea Cancun Plaza). I even found different websites with these names and Hotels.com doesn't even have the right location marked. Very confusing. This might be because many of the rooms are technically "condos" with different owners...however, I believe the Bsea Cancun Plaza is the hotel who manages it all and their website and contact information seems to be the one that is most helpful.

No wi-fi in the rooms, elevator broke down, building needs maintenance and beach is not maintained clean from the seaweed. Only thing we enjoyed was the pool. Really disappointed. Looks a lot better in the promo pics.

Overall the people seemed quite rude and unhelpful. We got different information from different staff and it was frustrating. The rooms did not look like they did on the images and we were tired from arguing with them. Please don't book this hotel.

Helt ok hotell till det priset!! Fantastisk utsikt, fint poolområde, fräscha rum och bra restaurang. Läget är bra, nära till flygplatsen och lätt att ta både buss och taxi om man ska någonstans . En stor nackdel var att det var nästintill omöjligt att få tag i hotellet i förväg, vilket det står i bekräftelsen att man behöver. Jag fick efter nästan två veckors jagande till slut tag i någon via Facebook. Det är Bsea Cancun Plaza som sköter allt på plats, det hade underlättat avsevärt om det stått någonstans. Telefonnummer och mail som hotels.com har till AR stämmer inte!!

King size bed is really a queen size bed. No WiFi in the room or near the rooms, just near the reception area. Could not locate my reservation and told me I was not in the right place, but it was a mistake of the person that has to manually enter everyone's reservations to their system. Room was not terrible, but it could have been cleaner. Just a place to sleep at night, would not expect to spend the day there. Tour company onsite was a bit sketchy and we lost money because of them.
