The property itself is beautiful but the customer service is terrible. My concierge scheduled a dinner on a night the restaurant was closed and front desk was no help getting us into another restaurant. They told us to go see who would take us. One restaurant out of the 17 they have said they would but we had to wait until 9:30pm. Initial reservations were at 7pm. I booked 6 months in advance. When they reached out to welcome us I was told I could book all services at check in. Come week of check in, no service was available. Resort credits went to the trash because I wasn’t able to use any of them. Restaurant’s were all booked Pool closes at 5pm. They don’t serve alcohol until 11am. I have been to several all inclusive resorts and this one does not know what that concept means. At check in they will have you sign up to their membership class for the timeshare. Total redflag because getting asked for this after a long flight is not it when All you want to do is check in and begin your vacation. I wouldn’t pay to go there again.
