The doors to the suites are hollow and all the noise from the highway out front sounds like it’s driving through your room. Other than that, it was great. Nice views.

Ohh the whole decor is crazy. We loved it and took tons of pictures. Our room has an adjacent pool, ohhh dreamy! Daebak!! Amazing! The staff are so helpful, Louis, Guadalupe, and the rest, always having a smile on their faces! The restaurant is expensive but we had very delicious mocktails there!

Love the quiet and the boutique style resort , the resort was in repair during our stay from a previous hurricane. The room was clean but in need of upgrades , service in restaurant was excellent, Christian and juliana were fantastic 👌 the only downfall was having to pay for bottled water, when your paying for a meal water should be given with your meal ! Would we return, yes if these few things are addressed. But it was a nice resort..

We liked unique style , decor of property. We enjoyed restaurant, food and helpful and friendly staff. Main entrance makes wow .... Unfortunately the noise from highway is annoying. Some soundproofing or another door (sliding door) to separate bedroom from entry hallway could help. Just saying. We believe that outside property structures and beach will be restored for enjoyment. My husband liked the long pool for swimming. Although in shade of trees, he found the cooler water refreshing for a good long swim.

Our room was right on the side of a highway and we heard vehicles all night long. The hotel itself was beautiful, but would not stay again due to limited dining, noise, small rooms, etc.

*BEWARE* Do not stay here! It aesthetically looks great! BEWARE, it smells like sewage in lobby, outside, outside all parts of property. The pool is dirty. The smell of sewage had us look for another hotel. We took a LOSS and purchased a hotel in heart of Cancun. We literally had the hotel room for about 4hrs. Luckily, we had the money to get a place, but what a hassle. The property is also about 30 min. with no traffic to Coco Bongo area!!! It’s a nightmare! Don’t get a room here even it’s cheap. That’s what we did along with looking at reviews. I wish I would have looked more at reviews that spoke of Sewage! It’s disgusting!!! It’s horrible here.

This resort was ALMOST amazing! The vibe, food and decor of the hotel were incredible! However, the rooms at night were extremely noisy from the traffic below. There was some construction/renovations going on, but there’s nothing wrong with that. The noise was our primary issue. Beautiful spot with a great vibe.

Skip staying here! Solo female traveler review. It’s impossible to get any kind of rest due to the noise from the highway. I read some reviews before going that said the noise was a big factor. For whatever reason I didn’t think it would be as loud as it was, but it is LOUD. 24/7 loud. I complained and asked for a room change. They offered to give me ear plugs (unhelpful). The 4th and 5th floor are not operational but I imagine the traffic would be less loud on those floors. The first day there I accidentally opened another guest’s room (with my keycard). I told the front desk and they said “oh that happens!” I was then nervous that anyone can open the door to my room at anytime. The private beach is more like a private swamp. Not conducive to swimming. The beach area is also loud from traffic and construction they’re doing on a bar at the beach. The hotel restaurant was expensive and mid. My first night the staff asked me where my boyfriend was and said I was “too pretty not to have a boyfriend” and so I was nervous and uncomfortable for the rest of my stay. Another staff member asked me to go home with them. If you’re traveling solo and enjoy not being harassed, stay elsewhere. The property is very far from anything. I had to Uber to other resorts and get day passes in order to really enjoy myself. I felt safe and comfortable in about half my Uber trips. TLDR: stay somewhere else
