For an airport hotel this is a good fit for us. Serviceable gym, clean, but simple rooms, and a lovely circular pool and sitting area on the roof (3rd floor). It’s close to Terminal 4 - supposedly a free shuttle - and a nice place to unwind before catching your flight, or to bridge a day for a cheaper flight as was the case with us. Staff are friendly and accommodating. It’s modern, but well appointed with plants. There aren’t any amenities or conveniences outside the hotel, but you are choosing it for proximity to the airport.

Easy walking distance from the airport. Staff are all friendly and professional. They all spoke excellent English so that was also helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The only negative is that they do not provide washcloths.

No signs to guide you towards the Shuttle Bus at the airport and no one answered the phone at the lobby. Check in was slow and the Hilton App didn’t work. Restaurant closed at 10:00pm which we find early for an airport hotel.

We stayed one night on our way from Xcaret back home to take flight following morning. Room was ok, very basic but comfortable, clean. I tried to use the iron and didn’t notice it was damaged and my shirt got ruined. I called reception to report the incident and ask for a new iron. The receptionist was very nice and sent me one immediately. They offer shuttle to the airport which is less than 5 min away.

Tardaron un poco en atenderme en el restaurante pero la comida fue buena y el chico que me atendía fue muy amable junto con todo el personal, pasé mala noche porque las personas que estaban a lado de mi habitación se la pasaron gritando como hasta la 1am y las personas que caminaban por el pasillo (estaba en el primer nivel) pasaban riendo o se quedaban hablando en el pasillo. El servicio de shuttle fue excelente, rápido y fácil de agendar.

Hotel is very convenient to the airport for an early morning flight. Quick easy shuttle bookable the night before. Walkable from the car rental pick-up/drop-off. Hotel design is really cool with a circular pool and patio/bar area upstairs. Food was very expensive but was ok. Front counter staff reviewed the basics, not warm or friendly, no welcome. Room was functional, not super clean. It is an airport hotel, ok for a super quick stay.
