The best resort we’ve ever stayed at. This resort is for my relaxation besties! It’s not a party scene at all and that’s exactly what we were looking for. The attention to detail was superb! Rooftop pool was amazing, Italian restaurant was superb, the fresh ceviche was the best I’ve ever had, and the cochinito tacos hit the spot!! 10 out of 10 recommend!

I got scammed in the name of promotion where i was pressurized to pay 100 USD at check out in the name of amenities used and also, we were threatened to deduct it from the deposit amount by the supervisor when we disagreed to pay, which was supposed to be free as mentioned( vantage club and spa for using 200 usd promotional leisure cash) by one of their agent while selling the scheme to us. Also we confirmed multiple times before using the complimentary services offered as a part of Promo(for which we attended a presentation of 90 minutes where we were forced to sign up for club). Totally disappointed by the behavior of supervisior and would never consider as any option of Hyatt chain for future vacations.

This resort was absolutely amazing and such a joy to be at. All the events they had going were fun, and the staff were always amazing. Gustavo and Angel were the best the whole weekend. Some reasons I gave it 4 stars. One, the elevators were extremely hot. Two, the food places closed early, or you had to have reservation to one of the restaurants. While the cafe was cool. I wish it had more food options. Third, the deposit is extremely high. It’s not told to you during the booking process. Also, expecting to only put it on a credit card is a little wild. What if someone doesn’t have one? What are they expected to do? All in all would I stay again. ABSOLUTELY!

I had an amazing stay at Hyatt Vivid in Cancun! The property itself is stunning, with beautiful pools and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Every meal felt fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The staff were incredibly sweet and always went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The only thing I think could be improved is the room service, both in terms of menu variety and the fact that the service hours were limited. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall experience, and I would absolutely recommend Hyatt Vivid as a fantastic spot to stay in Cancun.

Everything went well. We did the upgrade for the top shelf liquor and easy check in. Its not totally necessary because im not sure they are checking wristbands or anything. Rate this place 9/10 only negative is their lunch buffet is mid.

Loved everything about this resort. Friendly staff and and service was very professional. Food was amazing and entertainment was pretty cool as well. Resort is within hotel zone so transportation was not a problem and they also assist with taxis for safe travels.
