New resort (less than one year) with one section still under construction. No buffet at night but À la carte restaurants more than make up for it. Aglio (Italian) was the best. Excellent service. Hyatt app really good and useful. Resort still use card keys, very old technology, should upgrade to bracelets. Infinity pool and bar on roof top really nice. Very nice beach club (5min drive), but property not on the beach. Right next door to Iberostar golf course. Overall wonderful experience. Would definitely go back.

For those seeking a calm and mature environment.

I thought I wasn’t going to like that the hotel was not a beach front property. The developers used the location to its advantage. You feel far enough from the busy streets and busy beaches but close enough for when you need access to the rest of the hotel zone. I appreciated how close it is to the airport. Being a new hotel there were no need for maintenance requests. Everything functioned well without issues. The staff are very welcoming and friendly! The food was great. Options to dine late were disappointing as most everything closes early. Only late option was room service which books up quickly so you end waiting an hour or more for delivery. Room service menu was also limited. Upgrading to vantage club was worth it as it gives you access to the rooftop pool and bar which for me was worth it! The beach club was the highlight for me! The shuttle was not an issue getting to and from the beach club. The activities offered at the resort need an upgrade. They don’t offer many activities and the ones they do offer are the usual pool party(boring), volleyball tournament, morning yoga… But I would absolutely stay again!

I absolutely loved my stay at Hyatt Grand Vivid! The property itself was stunning—beautifully maintained with great attention to detail. One of the biggest highlights was the food. For an all-inclusive resort, the dining experience exceeded my expectations. Each restaurant offered high-quality meals with a variety of delicious options, far better than I had anticipated. That being said, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The drinks were a bit watered down, which was disappointing, especially considering the overall quality of the resort. Additionally, the nightlife was lacking—we often found ourselves leaving the resort in search of entertainment. If they could enhance the evening experience with more engaging activities or live performances, it would take the stay to the next level. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely return, especially if the nightlife improves. Highly recommend for those looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway with incredible food!
