We stayed for my birthday in September 2025 and had an amazing time! It was nice and relaxing and just what we were looking for. The property itself was beautiful and we loved the decor in all areas. The rooms were spacious and beautiful as well. We upgraded to the vantage club room which was worth it for the rooftop pool but I don’t know that it was worth the up charge in my opinion. Staff were all amazing especially Jesus at the main pool and ceviche bar. There wasn’t a whole lot of daily activities compared to other all inclusive Mexico resorts we have stayed at but we really enjoyed ourselves. They even left a little birthday platter with champagne in our room which was a surprising nice touch. The only downside was the food. It was “ok” but the limited restaurant selection and not the greatest all inclusive food we’ve had was the only thing that I would say was a bit of a let down. Didn’t ruin our

The Hyatt vivid seems to be a new resort, the drinks are fresh and the staff friendly. If you are looking for a quiet resort this resort is for you, however if you are looking for entertainment they don’t seem to have to much of it. The crowds are between 35 and up. Not many activities, If you are looking to party this hotel isn’t for you. If you want to sleep by the pool and peace and quiet it’s the perfect place. Overall it’s a good stay.
