Había una araña aunque pequeña en la cama. Eso comprueba que no fumigan...tengo video por si gustan lo sub9. Además ni siquiera una disculpa ni cambio de habitación..... nunca contestaron la llamada solo mandaron al de limpieza y no cambiaron la almohada..... En fin pésimo servicio...

LACK OF GENTLENESS OF THE RECEPTION STAFF, FOOD WAS NOT THAT GOOD. THE ROOM DID NOT HAD SHAMPOO IN THE SHOWER DISPENSER, THE PUT A COFFE MACHINE IN THE ROOM BUT THEY DONT PUT SPOONS TOS STIR THE COFFE, A LOT OF SMALL POOR DETAILS THAT WE FELT THAT SLS IS LIKE A WANNA BE LUXURY HOTEL. A LOT OF OPPORTUNITIES TO IMPROVE.

Hotel was very accommodating. Thank you to Luis and Pamela for helping us out with a room upgrade! The place was super clean and quiet always smelled good, everyone was so kind and attentive!

The service at the pool is extra slow. I waited 45 minutes for a pizza. The bed, it had no bed topping, Only 1 sheet And a comforter. It didn’t feel hygienic!
