Staff at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful. Beautiful, large outdoor area. Nice clean room and good breakfast. Restaurants close by, about a 10.00 uber ride max. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again next time we cruise.

Unlike all other Hampton Inns that I’ve visited in the U.S., this hotel felt more high-end. Very large, very bright and cheerful, very modern and new. I had a wonderful stay.

Really decent property. Updated and visitor friendly. The only complaint I have is when I went to grab a power aide the lady behind the counter said “is that all you’re getting?” I responded yes. She said don’t worry about it it’s on me. Very kindly said well thank you ma’am that’s very nice of you . I was then charged overnight $10.50 approximately for said poweraide. Kinda silly.

I want to give it 5 stars but the room smelled like a dog and/or Fritos upon arrival. The staff stated they had just had their carpets cleaned so someone came to spray the carpet. The front desk worker was really snappy but covered it with a smile. I was tired so I didn’t make a big deal about her character I just wanted the room to smell better for the day/night I was staying. Very close to the cruise ports and eatery.
