My stay here was very good. Check in and out were fairly smooth. They have a small unheated outdoor pool for kids. There are two coin operated washer/dryers on the 4th floor that only cost $1.50 per load. Although I appreciate access to the washer/dryers, for the size of the building, it would have been nice to have a few more machines available. The machines were often occupied with people waiting. If the coin machine runs out of quarters, the front desk will say that they do not have change. An option is to go next door to the hotel next to this one. Their lobby has a coin machine next to their vending machine.
Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again. The employees were great. The only reason I'm giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 for staff and service is because I believe they are a little understaffed. The employees who are working there deserve 10 stars for working so hard. The hotel was very clean. The elevators worked well. Breakfast buffet (cost $11 unless it was included with your booking) was decent. The pizza they sold in the lobby was good too.
