The Space:

Living space

Inside, you'll find a comfortable layout designed for relaxing after busy beach days. A TV gives you a spot to wind down, and the dedicated workspace is there if you need to check in on things back home. Self check-in and a smart lock make arrival simple, so you can get settled without any hassle.



Sleeping arrangements

The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers two queen beds, giving everyone in your group plenty of room to spread out. Room-darkening shades help with restful nights, and you'll have bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets on hand for added comfort. A pack 'n play is also available for families traveling with little ones.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your own meals, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave covering the basics. You'll also find cooking essentials like pots, pans, oil, and seasonings, plus dishes and silverware for the whole group. A coffee maker, toaster, blender, and baking sheet round things out, and outside you'll have a BBQ grill with barbecue utensils ready for a backyard cookout.



Bathroom

Both bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, body soap, and hair dryers, along with towels and the everyday essentials you'd expect for a comfortable stay. A bathtub is available for a relaxing soak after a day at the beach.



Outdoor space

Step outside to your private backyard, a peaceful space perfect for morning coffee, letting the dogs stretch their legs, or unwinding after a beach day. Outdoor furniture and a fire pit make it easy to gather as the sun goes down, and with beach essentials like towels, an umbrella, and snorkeling gear provided, you'll be ready to head to the shore without much extra packing.

You're just a short walk or quick drive from the shoreline, where you can spend the day in the sand, watch cruise ships head out from Port Canaveral, or catch a rocket launch from nearby Kennedy Space Center. Restaurants, beach parks, and local attractions in Cocoa Beach and the surrounding area make this home an easy base for exploring everything the Space Coast has to offer. This pet-friendly property also welcomes long-term stays, and free parking is available on-site for the whole group.

Guests are close to beautiful beach access points, local seafood restaurants, and the lively Port Canaveral waterfront where you can watch cruise ships depart and enjoy popular spots like waterfront bars and fresh seafood dining. The area also offers easy access to Cocoa Beach, Jetty Park, and the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex.



Getting Around:

Most guests get around the area by car. The home includes parking for up to two vehicles. Ride share services like Uber and Lyft are widely available and make it easy to reach nearby restaurants, Port Canaveral, or Cocoa Beach nightlife. The beach is also close enough for a short bike ride, and the surrounding neighborhoods are great for walking.
