The property was amazing, exactly as pictured/described. Communication with our host was very easy and although we didn’t need much as everything we needed (check—in info, expectations, etc.) was presented in advance any questions I did have were responded to promptly. We spent a multi-generational spring break in this home and found that the property catered very well to all of the ages and differing physical abilities in our family. We are definitely planning to visit Tom’s property again!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property. The home was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and it matched the listing description accurately. The layout worked well for our needs, and the space felt welcoming and relaxing throughout our stay. The pool was beautiful and quickly became our favorite part of the home.The location was great and made it easy to enjoy the area, and Tom was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Overall, this was a very enjoyable stay, and we would happily return.

Open space was great for cooking and visiting. Nice supply of games for entertainment. Had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Loves that the pool had nice space for out 1 year old to sit and splash with supervision. For her, just like sitting in the bathtub. Location was super convenient to restaurants and shopping. We will stay here again if available.

Fun time!!

We had an amazing time at this gem in Cape Coral!! The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen, living room, and dining room was amazing, and we used the pool each day. The pool heater was a must and well worth the $75 additional fee. The outdoor pool area was comfortable and accommodating to our group. The pool chairs were so comfortable and perfect to soak up the Florida sun!! The home is beautiful and a great set up!! The only piece we wish was different was offering a bit more essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, Kleenex, and toilet paper as we ran out. Other than this the stay was great and we hope to be back in the future!! The location is also super handy!! The property management was super responsive and easy to connect with. We had a great time!! Thank you : )
