This sunny 4BR/2BA home offers a wonderful getaway in Cape Coral, located within a short drive of popular attractions as well as a plethora of dining and shopping options. Lounge on the lanai, complete with a heated pool, a gas grill, and alfresco dining.

LIVING AREA

The bright and open living area provides comfy furnishings and a 55” smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Home chefs will appreciate the sparkling kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample counter space.

Start your mornings with coffee at the five-person kitchen bar. A table in the breakfast nook accommodates four, while a formal dining table seats six.

BED & BATH

This single-story home sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms.

Sleep peacefully in the master bedroom, fitted with a queen-size bed, a 42” smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub.

Three guest bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed, two of which have a flat-screen TV.

The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

This rental is located on floor 1.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Knowing full well that the host is going to review me for other hosts to find out what kind of guest I am, is not deterring me from telling the truth. The best thing about this house was Christine from the management company. We talked and texted frequently during the first two weeks of our one-month stay to address all the issues. Here’s a little background…my husband & I with multiple family members have rented homes many times in the last 20 years from Greece (7), Florida, Punta Cana, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, & the Bahamas. This was not our first rodeo. Filthy front entrance, driveway/sidewalk. Christine arranged for power washing.Leaking washer, jammed ice maker. Christine arranged for both to be fixed. Nothing in the kitchen but salt & pepper. We had to purchase the rest. Old, peeling Teflon pots & pans which are considered toxic today. Shower curtain in the bathroom is not attached to the wall. Entire interior is tired & needs cleaning & painting. Christine sent cleaning ladies to wash the baseboards & corners after I complained. Advertised as having a heated pool. Yes it is if we pay another 1k for the month. We were offered half price when I complained. Refused. Bed pillows have stains, 1 mattress has a large urine stain, 1 bedspread has stains, smoke detector in 1 room not connected, 1 bedroom doesn’t have a closet or dresser.Filthy patio curtains. New ones were sent. There’s a few more things but I’m limited in how many characters I can write.

House laid out nicely

Our house was nicely laid out with the master bedroom on one side and the other three bedrooms on the other side. The master bedroom was large and the bathroom had a very nice long counter with two sinks, an oval tub, and a very nice walk-in shower. The other three bedrooms had one bathroom with a tub with shower to share. In our case, my sister shared the master bathroom with me. The kitchen was adequately stocked for the most part but we did go out and buy a few things. There were no spices or dry food items in the cupboard. I was glad that I had YouTubeTV since we would not have been able to watch March Madness without loading it. It was nice to have a garage to use but somewhat inconvenient not having a garage door opener. The pool and area around the pool is somewhat small but it was adequate for us. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. We paid to have the pool heated. There were two days that the heater didn't work. After I contacted them, the heater was fixed and I was promised a credit for those two days, although I haven't seen it yet. They responded in a timely manner to a few other requests. Nice Time

Nice home with nice heated pool. However, there was no garage door remote to use . Therefore, each time we came home, I had to get out of the car, go into the house, come b, I had to get out of the, go into the house and open the garage door to pull the car into the garage. A remote is only 35. Please get one for the next renters.

Great house in a great location

Stayed here with my family for spring break. The kids loved the pool and the house was spacious and comfortable for us during our stay. The location is convenient and easy to get to. The house was well equipped for our family including beach/pool floats/toys, games, dishes and kitchen equip. Vacasa representatives were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay.

Beautiful House, well kept and clean.

Clean and beautiful house, close to everything. Stay was great until the last night when loud banging on the front door and windows prompt us to call the Police. Very scary experience, Turnkey Rental service responded really fast with our concerns.

Family Getaway

Property was as advertised. Pool was nice and spacious. Neighborhood was a little run down. Kitchen could have used a few more pots, pans, supplies, spices … etc. Bedrooms were nice and beds were comfy. Garage was well stocked with beach items abs pool floats. A/C unit was loud and sounded like door unlocking. A deadbolt on the door would have useful. Sprinklers went on in the middle of the night and were very loud and kept hitting windows which was not pleasant. Property has plenty of towels too. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

Great Vacation Home

Communication with Turnkey was very good, quick response to questions. House was clean & suited all of our needs. Would request more plastic bowls/plates for pool area. Basketball net for pool was a hit! House is in a nice & quiet location. We had a great time & would definitely rent again.

Great time

Clean and spacious. Pool was colder than we would have liked but all in all a great stay. Lots of beach chairs and toys. They told me there were not any box fans but there were 2 and a pedestal fan. So that worked out great!!
