Beautiful home in great neighborhood, convenient to everything Cape Coral, FL has to offer. Ideal for those who love exploring the area and local stores, dining experiences, and nightlife folks.



The outdoor area is perfect for gatherings and watching the sunsets. The south exposure, the tropical landscaping, and the water view guarantee plenty of sun and stunning sunsets during your stay. The outdoor area features a large heated pool, loungers, a dining table, and a BBQ. You can even bring along your own boat and dock it on the boat deck during your stay! It only takes a quick boat ride over the canal to reach the Gulf of Mexico. 



The master suite features a queen bed, and an office desk with a monitor for those looking for a getaway workstation. The master bath is the smaller one of the two bathrooms. The second bedroom has a queen bed and direct access to the pool. The second bathroom is just outside the second bedroom doors. The third bedroom is the largest of the bedrooms offering two full-size beds and direct access to the pool. All bedrooms are equipped with brand new flatscreen xTV's and YouTube TV.



The kitchen is equipped with older yet functional appliances. In addition to that, you'll find all the basics needed to prepare a meal during your stay. Meals can be enjoyed at the small kitchen dining place or at the outdoor dining table.



The house is perfectly located in a calm and safe neighborhood, while being within walking distance to the Cape Coral City Center. A number of bars offering Live Music, great restaurants and shops are just a few minutes away. Downtown Fort Myers and Fort Myers beach can be reached by car within 15 minutes, the paradisiac beaches of Sanibel Island are 30 minutes away by car.



UPDATE: The patio now has a screen enclosure, and we have installed a fence around the property.

The property manager goes out of his way to ensure you have anything you need and responds in minutes not hours or days later. The house is very clean and comfortable. Many restaurants and bars are walking distance so you can park the car if you want. Pool is warm, clean and in great condition. This house is also located on the canals to open water; you can rent a pontoon and dock it right at the house. Screened in patio and nice outdoor furniture. You won't be disappointed!

Excellent home!

We had a excellent time. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was heated, that was a great surprise! I would rent again for our next trip to Cape Coral.
