Start your day with HEATED pool & sun bathing chairs. The house comes with 3 MOUNTAIN BIKEs (1 adult male, 1 adult female and 1 kid) to explore.

This is a NEW 2023 construction 4 bed 2 bath house 1800 sq.ft and 2 car garage. Be the first ones to stay at the luxurious property and make it home. Brand new construction built in 2023, all rooms are on the same floor and do not need any stairs to access. There is a master bedroom with an in-suite bathroom with shower and tub to relax and enjoy. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The other 3 rooms have queen size beds and share a bath. The kitchen is equipped with chef grade appliances. There is a large dining area and living room with a warm and homely vibe. The pool and backyard area, has a heated pool, outdoor dining and lanai.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Palmetto-Pine Country Club. Enjoy features like an indoor pool and laundry facilities. A private pool and a kitchen are available in the holiday home.
