VRCC Villa Palm Garden

This beautiful holiday villa is located in the south-westernmost corner of Cape Coral, just a five minute drive from Cape Harbour. It is one of the best and most desirable residential areas in Cape Coral. Shops, doctors, pharmacies, etc. are within walking distance. This holiday home is particularly suitable for families with children. The Camelot Park with its large playground can be reached quickly.

The house is located in an extremely quiet residential area. There is hardly any car traffic.

The boat location of this house is fantastic. It is a 30min beautiful boat route to the Caloosahatchee river which offers quick access to the Gulf of Mexico. The right boat can optionally be booked in addition to this house and will be handed over to you by an expert boatman on arrival. You will then find out about boat instructions and tips on site.

The pool area is the highlight of this home were you can enjoy the fantastic view of the canal. Electrically heated, the pool brings the water to a comfortable temperature at any time of the year, which you can determine yourself.

From the elegant, light-flooded living room you can enjoy the view of the large pool, the wide canal and the tropical garden. The sliding glass doors can be opened completely, creating a great inside-outside feeling.

In the master bedroom is the large bathroom with double vanity and spacious shower.

You also have a fantastic view of the pool and canal from the completely new kitchen with oven, fridge and microwave. In addition to the common filter coffee machine.

There is direct access to the pool from the living room, dining room, and guest bedroom.

Furthermore, high-speed WiFi is available free of charge throughout the house.

To keep nightly rates low and minimize wear & tear on our equipment, we charge $0.19 per kWh for energy consumption, this averages about 500 kWh/week.

Beautiful Home - Terrible Management - Never Refunded for Dirty Home Upon Arrival

We lost the entire evening we arrived. Couldn’t even unpack because the home was not cleaned. Dirty towels, sheets, floors, bathrooms, etc. Absolutely disgusting for a family who paid over $7K to arrive to their vacation destination with a home not even picked up from the last guest. Property Manager showed up late, couldn’t even leave to go grocery shopping because she did not come when she originally anticipated. Code to the house never worked. Had to wait for maid to come clean the house. She only did a quick job of changing sheets and towels and minimal wipe of counters and because she did not have all the supplies or helpers to get the house done. We all felt pretty gross sleeping in a dirty home We had to spend the night in a dirty house. The following day we still had to wait for the cleaning crew to arrive, we couldn’t leave because we had our belongings in the house – not yet unpacked. Didn’t want anything stolen with strangers in the house cleaning what should have been done before our arrival. Management promised us a very small refund (which is truly ridiculous for the trouble we went through) and they NEVER followed through and never paid us back! So beware, gorgeous home, terrible and inconsiderate management who do not follow through on their word. If owners are reading this - fire this management company and put a TV in the master bedroom. And please send us the refund we were promised.

Come for view stay for the owls.

We stayed in Palm Garden for 2 weeks in July 2023. We have previously stayed in Bonita Springs, Naples and Marco Island in this area. We would come back to Cape Coral. Before we left, I had a number of communications with the property owner who was always very fast to respond. About a week before our check in we got an email with the check in details which were incredibly straight forward and simple. This I have say is a theme of the company and the property owner, keep it simple. This is what you want in a holiday. We arrived late on the first night and the house was perfect, well laid out with plenty of space for everyone. The house is laid out with 3 bedrooms on one side with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms on the other side with one bathroom. One comment I would make is the side with 2 bedrooms, one of those is supposed to be the master suite so either the occupant of the other bedroom has to walk across the house to access a bath room or else they share the master suite. The outside space is exactly as shown on the photographs. The seats are beautiful and very very comfortable. The pool is very big and has more than enough room for 8 people. At its deepest its about 6ft deep and at its shallowest its about 4 feet deep. We had an issue with the netting around the pool area which was fixed very promptly and properly. The area of cape coral/fort myers has everything that you would expect restaurants, attractions, shops, etc. When you drive into the area of the house

Needs work

the cushions on the outside furniture was dirty and needed to be replaced. The mattresses and bedding wasn't in great shape. Landscaping needed to be trimmed especially the palm in the pool area. Many of the light switches didn't turn anything on and several of the fixtures didn't work - the one over the dining table and front entry were shown to the check in person and they had no idea.

Property was great we had no dishwasher the entire 5 day stay. They had kayaks, but no life jackets. The arrived on the last day of our stay. I wish the pool had a cover at night to keep it warm. Park was within walking distance and was fantastic! Along with the burrowing owls. For the money, we would come back!!!!
