Villa Superior - great view with heated pool and spa, tiki hut & billard

Let yourself be enchanted by this villa and the excellent location. For boaters, this villa is a MUST. In a few minutes you get to the river - no bridges or locks to overcome.

The very large property offers a great water view of the 3 channels. Enjoy the sun all day and the great sunsets in the evening. The long dock including Tiki Hut invites you to rest and watch the animals. Many dolphins and manatees swim by here.

The living area is more than generously equipped. Here you will find a nice dining area, the fully equipped kitchen even with Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules) and the living room, which also has a pool table, is thanks to the many windows and doors to the outside area more than light flooded. All areas are equipped with TV and wifi. For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

The villa offers 5 bedrooms with 4 king size and a queen bed and 4 bathrooms, so there is enough space for 2 or more families. Exceptional and indescribable here is that 4 bedrooms provide large sliding glass doors with direct access to the pool area. Luxury for the whole family!

The heated salt water pool is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. It's a fresh water pool without chlorine.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.

In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.
