Views, views and more views from this freshwater pool home! Intersecting canal provides long-range water views from the primary bedroom, dining, kitchen and guest bedroom. Triple lot with 126 feet of frontage makes this a very private retreat, yet close to shopping, restaurants, and healthcare. Open and airy with vaulted ceilings in the primary, living, and family room. Access the screened lanai and heated pool through pocket, sliding glass doors from the primary bedroom, dining, family and guest bedroom. Makes for great indoor/outdoor living and the oversized lanai provides additional living space to enjoy the amazing views. Enjoy the 65 inch poolside tv and shuffleboard gaming table. Primary bedroom has an en-suite bath, and 2 walk-in closets. The two guest bedrooms have walk-in closets and share a bath which serves as the pool bath. The kitchen has granite counters, appliances, breakfast bar and a pass-through window to the lanai. Enjoy fishing from our dock or taking out one of 2 kayaks or one of 4 paddleboards to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Coastal inspired colors and décor throughout the home. New ice cold AC system installed in July 2024. As of March 2024, we have installed a new beach themed rubberized pool deck surface from FLOCO Decking Systems. Great family vacation!

Wayne’s home was perfect for a family vacation with our 5 and 1 year old kids. The outside area is fantastic for all day use with the couch seating, tv, shuffle board and more. We had a great time and would recommend! Communication with Wayne was top notch. He went above and beyond to accommodate a last minute trip extension and checked in throughout our stay. Also had great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. Thank you Wayne!

Perfect Escape To Relax and Unwind

My husband and I spent 5 nights at this wonderful property. Owner always responded within 30 minutes or less to the few questions we had. This vacation home was incredibly clean. View from the pool area and down on the dock was amazing - loved watching the pelicans dive for and then gulp down a fish as well as the turtles that swam near the dock or peaked their heads out of the water sometimes. Also spotted two bald eagles across the canal. Lots of different birds came by. Very quiet area, bed was very comfortable. Great supply of towels for both the pool area and bath area. House seemed larger than the pictures show - plenty of room for extended families. Added perk was spotting the burrowing owls on some nearby lawns - amazing to get a chance to see them! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to vacation in the area. Was the perfect spot to completely relax and unwind.

Family vacation

This property had everything we needed. The whole family especially enjoyed the pool and lanai. A special surprise was the table shuffleboard. The house was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils and appliances. The view from the lanai couldn’t have been better.

A little piece of Heaven

ALL I can say is, we spent most of our time on the back patio. The sun shining through, pool bouncing back the sun rays, eyes gazing towards the river. It was magical. One day, it rained all day. We just snuggled up on the couch and watched movies in the rain. It was so relaxing. Thank you Wayne for giving us the opportunity to experience your retirement home! This home will bring you so many blessing and happiness. We know... we soaked up a week of the blessing and happiness.

House was very clean and looked just like the pictures but only a couple small things like some mixing bowls in the kitchen and some more washcloths there were only four for the whole house. But really enjoyed the house and the pool was fantastic

Great Views

The property was exactly as described in the pictures. I went with my husband and sister in laws family with two young children. The rooms were spaced enough apart that it felt like we each had our own wing. One thing I didn’t like was the openess from bedroom to bathroom, a door would have been nice.

Relaxing Winter Getaway

The owner, Wayne, was so easy to communicate with and just a delightful person. The house was cozy and comfortable for our family. Loved the pool area and the view of the canals out back.Definitely rent this place for a nice vacation.

House was great had everything we were looking for and had a great view overlooking canal. The only issue we had was the pool seemed to get cool at night and there was some dog hair but nothing bad at all. Would definitely stay again if had the opportunity and Wayne was very helpful.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time together. Heated pool was awesome as the weather was a bit cool/cloudy. Our Son in law fished from the kayaks that are available and caught/released several. Excellent Property.

I would highly recommend this property. We travelled from England and stayed for two weeks. Everything was exactly as described, property exceptionally clean and fully equipped for all our needs. Location was great, close to lots of restaurants and shops.Wayne was quick to respond to any questions.We hope to return again in the future.

Perfect for a family vacation

The house is nice and clean. My favorite was the cover in the pool area, never seen anything like this before :) the pool is clean and warm, the view from the pool - amazing. We were feeling while ducks there from the piers (not sure they were ducks, but big black birds). We rested well in this house, will definitely be back.

Wayne ist ein toller Gastgeber!

Großes Haus am Wasserkanal, ruhige Lage und sehr guter Gastgeber! Tolle , schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir konnten die Kajaks leihen und wenn das mitgespielt hätte, hätten wir auch Strandsachen (Kühlboy, Stühle etc) leihen können. Der Außenbereich ist neu gestaltet worden und der Pool hatte eine angenehme Temperatur! Insgesamt toller Aufenthalt bei Wane.

Perfection at it’s finest!

We absolutely loved this house. The location was amazing and the views were incredible. The house was clean and we had so much room. Plenty of access to the local parks and restaurants. Great Family Vacation

Wayne's home was so accomodating for our family. We have 6 kids and the space for all of us was great. Plenty of fun things to do at the house with an amazing outdoor living area by the the pool. We enjoyed the beauty of the early morning sunrise on the canal and kayaking was so peaceful. Very quiet neighboorhood and close to restaurants and shopping.

Florida friendfamcation getaway!

Wayne made our vacation feel like home with his wonderful space. It was nice to have the space between two families comfortably sleeping 4 adults and 3 children! We enjoyed the pool space most days and nights. We even took the kayaks and bikes for a spin to enjoy the warm nights. He answered any questions quickly! Thanks again, we definitely know where to stay if we come back!
