Youâll enjoy exclusive use of the entire home, heated zero-edge pool & spa, two-story screened lanai, and the climate-controlled game garage during your stay. For your convenience and security, each guest group is issued a unique door code, no keys to lose, no waiting for check-in, and complete flexibility for arrival after 4:00 PM.
Garage Access: Youâll have use of the left-side two-car garage, which includes our Tesla-compatible EV charger for any electric vehicle. The right-side garage is reserved for owner storage and is not accessible to guests.
Your private entry code is active only for the duration of your stay, providing both peace of mind and easy access for your group.
Other things to note
The home is equipped with a built-in icemaker within the refrigerator; for larger gatherings, we recommend bringing additional bags of ice or use the countertop ice maker.
A washer and dryer are available on-site for your convenience. For peace of mind, the property features hurricane-impact windows and doors throughout.
The pool and spa are professionally serviced twice per week to ensure optimal cleanliness and water quality during your stay.
For safety and comfort, glassware is not permitted in the pool or patio areas. Plastic drinkware is provided for your convenience and enjoyment outdoors.

You are staying in a peaceful lake home and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbors by keeping the noise levels down, especially between 11pm and 8am.
The maximum number of authorized guests is 11. The home welcomes large groups, but all guests must be registered. Please no parties or unauthorized guests allowed at any time. There is no smoking or illegal substances of any kind inside the home. Please no redecorating or moving furniture. Please read and abide by the swimming rules located in our house manual as well.
Pets are allowed at this location when approved in advance. Please clean up after your pet and respect our furnishings by keeping pets off the furniture.
Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to VRBO
