It is on one floor, about 120 square meters and consists of a large living room with open kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, three bathrooms, three bedrooms with single beds (two twin bedrooms and a larger one with three beds) laundry room with washing machine and closet for brooms and shoe rack. The living room has a TV.
The villa has an additional space below that can be used as a service area and relaxation area. There is a fixed drying rack.
In front of the villa there is a large paved space, ideal for dining and staying outdoors, shaded by maritime pines and embellished with flower pots. On two sides of the house there is a porch covered with vines and this area can also be used for dining or relaxing outdoors. Around the house and along the private access road are hedges of oleanders. A few steps lead down to the ground below, where it is possible to hang out the laundry.
