We offer our guests a single, independent villa, located in a residential area in Lacona, in the municipality of Capoliveri, one of the major tourist areas of the island. The fine sandy beach (link Lacona beach) is one of the largest on the island and alternates free areas with concession areas which have services such as rental of sunbeds and umbrellas, windsurfing, motor boats and water sports equipment. Near the beach there are also many bars, restaurants, grocery stores and other shops for every convenience. The road that accesses the beach is a pleasant walk, passing along dirt pedestrian paths the distance is significantly shortened.

We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, check-in takes place in our offices in Portoferraio or Mola depending on the opening periods.

The villa, simply furnished in a rustic style, is immersed in the quiet of the surrounding nature.
It develops entirely on one floor, the ground, where we find a double bedroom, a dining area with gas kitchenette and bunk bed. Bathroom with built-in shower and bidet. Property surrounded by an unfenced garden and olive trees.

Important Notes:
- groups of Young People under the age of 21 are not permitted
- if the BBQ is used, it must be turned off carefully and left clean after each use; it should never be lit on the porch
- check-in in our offices from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a supplement of €30.00 on cleaning, on request (property not fenced)
- as in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
