South Seas 2527 sijaitsee Beach Villas -alueella South Seas Resortissa, Meksikonlahdella ja uima-altaalle. Tässä mukavassa yksikössä on yksi king-size-vuode, joka sijaitsee makuuhuoneessa ja vedä ulos queen-size-vuodesohva. Ruokakaupat- Ennen kuin saapuu Sanibeliin, siellä on Wal-Mart ja Publix-ruokakauppa. Sanibelissa on Jerry ja Bailey, molemmilla on hieno valikoima jo valmistettuja ruokia sekä tavanomainen ruokakaupan hinta. Bailey tarjoaa online-tilauksia ja päivittäistavaroiden toimitusta. VÄHITTÄJÄN MARKKINAT - Marraskuusta huhtikuuhun Captiva pitää viljelijämarkkinoita South Seas -sisäänkäynnin parkkipaikalla. Markkinat ovat tiistaisin klo 9–13. Sanibel pitää viljelijämarkkinaa joka sunnuntai lokakuusta toukokuuhun 800 Dunlop Rd: llä Sanibelilla.
Pesula - Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa lähellä portaiden pohjaa sijaitsevat pesukoneet ja kuivausrummut. Nämä ovat kolikkokäyttöisiä koneita, joiden hinta on 2 dollaria. 50 kuorma pesukoneelle tai kuivausrummulle ja käyttää vain neljäsosaa. Jätä kaikki likaiset pyyhkeet, mukaan lukien rantapyyhkeet, kylpyammeeseen kassalle.

Excellent view, clean, extra towels, thoughtful host. It exceeded my expectations. The kitchen looks updated, clean, and comfortable to cook in. The screened in balcony was really awesome to enjoy meals and cocktails on. We chartered a fishing trip which was one of the best outings of my life: red fish, snook, and shark. We had dinner at the Green Flash: crabcakes, oysters Romanov. Excellent meal! We did a lot of walking on the beautiful beach.

This was one of our favorite VRBO stays for multiple reasons, beginning with our host. Her communication e-mails made the check-in process seamless. We very much appreciated her welcome e-mail giving us an overview of activities, grocery shopping and restaurants available on Captiva and neighboring Ft. Myers Beach. The property was easy to get to and the unit was stunning! From the moment we opened the door, we began to relax and enjoy our beach vacation. The property was a high end luxury beach condo with spectacular views of the pool and beach. Sitting on the balcony at night, we were able to experience a glorious sunset watching the sun recede into the ocean. The condo was immaculate with every possible amenity thoughtfully provided. The unit was decorated in a high end tasteful beach decor which added to the ambiance. The furniture was modern and extremely comfortable. The luxurious bedding and linens allowed for a very deep sleep. We also appreciated that since the beach villa was inside South Seas Plantation, it was in a gated community. This property was the perfect place to enjoy the magic that is unique to Sanibel and Captiva. We can’t wait to return and hope this unit is available when we do!

Perfect getaway

Perfectly described. The unit was clean and comfortable. Super short walk to the pool and beach. Sunsets were absolutely magical. Everything we needed was in a short distance from the unit (post office, Boops for sorbet, ice cream, the Green Flash was delicious for dinner with a wonderful view of the bay, to name a few).* be sure to take your phone in case the wifi on the door lock is spotty and needs to be reset by the host. Elizabeth responded so quickly and had us back in our room within a minute or two. We would definitely return! Captiva is just breathtaking and this unit did not disappoint.

A Beautiful Property

The property was beautiful with a direct view of the gulf and spectacular sunsets from the unit balcony. There was also a nice pool between the unit and the ocean and a boardwalk out to the beginning of the beach which was very nice. The unit itself was very clean and everything was as advertised and I was able to access the apartment directly with the code provided by Elizabeth. It was not necessary to stop in an office on arrival or departure. Elizabeth was also very responsive to any questions I had and offered some good tips for the area. The unit is located very near the entrance of the resort which made it an easy walk to Captiva's main drag of Andy Rosse Lane. If you are after the Captiva experience this is a great place to stay. On the other side if you think Sanibel and Captiva are basically the same, they aren't. Captiva is a great little beach town, very condensed and walkable. Sanibel Island, which is right next to Captiva Island separated by a small bridge, is much larger, generally not walkable but with bike trails all over the island and many natural areas, such as Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge and gulf side beaches. The drive from the resort in Captiva to Ding Darling NWR is 20 minutes and most Sanibel shops and restaurants are still farther. With that said this WAS a great place to stay in Captiva!

Wonderful condo near the beach

My spouse and I have stayed here several times and always have a great stay! The condo is always clean and well-stocked with everything we’d need; tons of towels, soap, cooking supplies, and beach chairs/umbrellas. The screened balcony is a perfect place to relax after returning from the beach, too.

Excellent beach getaway

The property is beautiful, clean, well-supplied and perfectly located on the beach. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Although renters cannot use the resort’s amenities (including restaurants), the host has supplied great beach chairs, umbrellas and toys so that’s not an issue. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because it’s not possible to adjust the temperature of the unit yourself. I’ve never encountered this before. As northerners starved for fresh air, we would have loved to turn the unit off in order to open the sliding door to the breeze and sound of the surf. Excellent stay, though, even so.

Sweet Spot on Captiva

This is a nice old style 1 bedroom condo/apt. It only has a view on one large sliding glass door, but it is a great view. There is also a nice lanai with the same beautiful view. There are no laundry facilities in the apt., but there are one available in the building. The location is perfect, if you like to walk on the beach. It is not a crowded area right now, as many units and other houses are under construction. Shop before you get there, so you can spend your time on the beach, instead driving to get groceries. Elizabeth is an excellent host. She friendly, responsive and informative.

Great place for a great vacation

The apartment has a perfect location. We enjoyed the space and the amenities like very comfortable king size bed, beautiful decoration, spacious patio with ocean view. The apartment is very well and generously equipped like a lots of towels and kitchen ware. The apartment is a part of a beautiful gated vacation community. We highly recommend booking this unit and also look forward to our return.

Beautiful Villa on Water!

We loved our stay at Captiva! It was truly a vacation in paradise. We recognize there was some construction from the storms, but we focused on the beauty of the beach, the wildlife, the sunsets, the shells, and the water. Our meals at area restaurants were amazing! It was truly an amazing trip. Our villa was very clean, well-stocked, and we did not want the long weekend to end.

A wonderful get-away!

This property was beautifully located and perfectly maintained. We were comfortable and enjoyed this perfectly stocked condo. It had everything one could possibly want. It was lovely inside and out. We enjoyed the view and the comfortable balcony for eating and relaxing. Being fully screened was a bonus. Living in Florida, we expect a lot for our coastal get-aways, and this property was a win. Beautiful condo very close to the beach

My husband and I have stayed here twice, and have really enjoyed our time here each time. The condo is always clean and well-stocked when we arrive, and it was especially convenient to have beach umbrellas and chairs provided so we didn’t have to pay to rent them elsewhere. The screened porch faces west so the sunset views are great. It’s a treat to watch the pelicans and other seabirds flying right by the balcony! The beach is only a 2 minute walk away and there are several excellent restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. We definitely recommend this unit and appreciate the owner always being so communicative!
