Adequate

The property is older and budget friendly. We had a larger king room that was dated but large. Desk staff was friendly, and breakfast staff was not. There were other issues. Breakfast was pretty limited and cold. We had one towel in our bathroom, but when we asked for more, we were told they didn't have any. If you are looking for a budget hotel, it's fine, but I wouldn't choose it again.

The room and property were dirty. There were other people’s hair in the bed and in several places in the room - tons in the bathroom. The bathroom door wouldn’t latch. Breakfast wasn’t being restocked, despite a worker being near whose job was breakfast.

Great customer service, clean room, helpful. I had a room by the breakfast bar which I will avoid in the future. Two different times during my stay people tried to open my door which made a very loud banging noise because I had both locks set (thankfully). I was sound asleep and it scared me half to death. Plus I could hear all the noise from the breakfast crowd. So I like how clean the room was and how friendly and helpful the staff was so I will book again. But I will be sure to avoid the rooms by the breakfast area.
