Villa Le Sorbe is located in the heart of the Nebrodi mountain range, a popular area for its wonderful nature and local food products. The villa has an enviable position as it is surrounded by 15 hectares of nature typical of the Nebrodi with woods, a small lake and its own path down to the sea with pebble beach. The private grounds lend themselves to wonderful walks in the typical coolness of the woods, even in the hottest months. Within the property, 65 m above sea level, is a beautiful swimming pool and large outdoor living areas with a wonderful sea view that stretches to the Aeolian Islands. The villa consists of two units, both with large living rooms, dining tables and two kitchens. Outside as well, the courtyard and the paved terraces, covering 1500 m, are arranged to guarantee common areas and private places for large groups, and are completed by an outdoor kitchen with wood oven and barbecue. Just 7 km away, in the small seaside borgo of Caronia Marina, are restaurants, bars and a few grocery shops. In Acquedolci and Sant’Agata di Militello are beaches with bathing establishments, supermarkets and also the port for the Aeolian Islands. In the Nebrodi National Park you can go for walks and hikes, accompanied by specialist guides available on site.

Interior:
The single-floor villa has a total area of 350 sq m, and is composed of two independent units separated by a fully-equipped courtyard. UNIT 1: The main entrance leads to the kitchen built in typical Sicilian style. The kitchen is connected, on one side, to a hallway with double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and twin bedroom (with joinable beds) with en-suite bathroom with tub, and, on the other side, to a guest bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The floor is completed by a large living room consisting of a dining area with a table for 12 people and a lounge area with satellite TV. From here large French windows open onto the outdoor space with dining area and kitchen. UNIT 2: It is accessed through a small atrium from the outside (where access to the laundry room is also located) which leads directly into the kitchen, well connected to the dining room and living room consisting of a further dining area and lounge with fireplace and satellite TV. The large French windows open onto the panoramic terrace facing the sea. The sleeping area is composed of a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds, sharing a bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub. This latter has a double entrance and is also accessible from the living area. Air conditioning in bedrooms.

Park:
The property, enclosed by a 1 m-high barbed wire fence, extends over 15 hectares including a wood with a lake. A path of about 400 m leads to the private pebble beach, typical of the area. On the beach is a small hut with deckchairs available for guests. Here, even in the hottest months, guests can sunbathe and swim undisturbed. Surrounding the two residential units is a large paved area with central courtyard equipped with a gazebo with relaxation area. About 10 m from the house and the swimming pool is a large pergola providing shade to a large dining table for 12 people and a kitchen complete with brick-built barbecue and wood oven. The property is equipped with an entrance gate and a 5-car parking area.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
About 10 m from the house is the big swimming pool bordered by a large terracotta-paved solarium, equipped with 12 sunbeds, with a breathtaking view of the sea. The rectangular pool measures 14 x 7 m with the depth varying from 0,40 to 2,50 m; lined in PVC, it has chlorine purification and 5 steps on the short side for access to the water. Nearby is an outdoor hot and cold-water shower. The swimming pool remains open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

Pets: Yes, € 50,00 per animal per week. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
