VILLA AMIATA - GROSSETO AREA
Set in the beautiful Monte Amiata region of southern Tuscany, this restored stone farmhouse is surrounded by rolling countryside, vineyards and medieval hilltop villages. Located near Montenero d'Orcia and Castel del Piano, the villa offers a peaceful rural setting while remaining within easy reach of some of Tuscany's most celebrated destinations, like Montalcino, Pienza and Siena.

Guests can enjoy the tranquillity of the Tuscan countryside while also being within approximately 35 minutes of the sandy beaches of Marina di Grosseto and the thermal spas of the region.

Villa Amiata is a spacious country estate of approximately 180 sqm, consisting of a main house and a separate cottage, accommodating up to 14 guests, with the possibility of hosting up to 16 guests using additional beds. The property has been carefully restored, combining traditional Tuscan character with modern comforts.

MAIN HOUSE

The ground floor features a large living and dining room where the entire group can comfortably gather for meals and social occasions. The room is furnished with sofas and a TV and opens onto a covered patio equipped for outdoor dining.

On the first floor, guests will find a well equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living and dining area with fireplace and sofas. On this floor we also find the bedrooms:
• 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower
• 1 double or twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower
• 2 triple bedrooms (double bed and single bed) with ensuite bathrooms with shower

COTTAGE
The separate cottage offers additional privacy and independent living space. It features a living and dining room with sofa, satellite TV and a well equipped kitchenette.

Directly outside the cottage is a covered patio furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation.

OUTDOOR
Villa Amiata is surrounded by a beautiful private garden with panoramic views across the Tuscan countryside. The outdoor spaces have been designed for relaxation, privacy and enjoying life outdoors.
The private swimming pool (12 x 6 metres, depth 1.5 metres) is positioned to take full advantage of the surrounding views and is typically open from April to October. Shaded seating areas throughout the garden provide pleasant spaces for reading, dining or simply enjoying the peaceful setting.
Guests can also enjoy outdoor meals on the covered patios and make use of the barbecue for relaxed evenings with family and friends.

The estate offers the opportunity to experience authentic Tuscan hospitality. Upon request, guests can arrange:

The owner produces both wine and olive oil, which are also available for purchase.
