VILLA IL VELIERO + ANNEX - SCOPELLO AREA

The beautiful Villa Il Veliero is located near Scopello, on the Northern coast of Sicily. With a short walk (approx 150 m) you will reach the sea and the rocky beach, from where you will enjoy a stunning view of the picturesque coast and one of the famous sea stacks that characterize the area.

Il Veliero sits on a large patio area with private swimming pool and consists of the main villa and an annex. From a spacious veranda, which runs along two sides of the building, you will access the bright and tastefully furnished living/dining room. Next to it there is a modern well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, toaster, gas cooker, fridge and freezer) that is accessible from the veranda too.

The sleeping area in the main villa offers one double bedroom with en-suite shower, two twin bedrooms, one single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. In the living room there is also a single sofa bed.

In the annex, which is approx 5m from the villa and has its own fridge, there are a further double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. It is possible to have an extra single bed in the bedroom if required.

The outside space is dominated by the swimming pool (8m x 4m, 1.5m deep) that will give you respite from the Italian summer heat.
The house is usually quiet, but in the peak season some noise of cars coming from the secondary road can be heard from the swimming pool.

Facilities: Air conditioning (one in the double bedroom, one in twin bedroom, one in the dependence), fans, Internet wi-fi WebPocket ( extra fee, must be booked in advance), heat pump, gas barbeque, Sat TV, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, parking inside the property. Any day arrival possible.
