It is located 50 m from the sandy beach “Empuriabrava”, 300 m from the supermarket, 16 km from the “Peralada” golf course, 20 km from the AVE/TGV Figueres train station and 65 km from Girona airport, in a perfect area for families and by the sea.
It features garden furniture, terrace, internet access (wifi), heating with heat pump, air conditioning in the living room, outdoor parking, TV and satellite TV (languages: Spanish, German, French, Russian).
The open-plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee maker.
