Home Select International presents this modern rental villa located on the Ebro canal in Empuriabrava.
Access to the property is through a sliding gate and a pedestrian door. At the entrance there is private parking space for two vehicles. Upon entering the main door, you find a small hall leading to a complete bathroom and a double bedroom with air conditioning.
The ground floor is defined by a spacious open-plan area with a fully equipped kitchen —including dishwasher, oven, toaster, fridge, freezer and blender— and a central island perfect for breakfasts. Next to it is the dining area with a table for eight people, and at the far end, the living room with sofas, TV, air conditioning and large glass doors that open onto the terrace and the private pool. From this area, you can also access a utility room with washing machine, dryer and an outdoor shower.
Outside, the covered terrace includes a table for six people. On the left, a garden area with sofas and coffee table offers a comfortable place to relax, while in front, the 8x4 metre pool leads directly to the private 12-metre mooring.
Upstairs there are three more bedrooms: one with a 150x190 cm double bed, another with a 150x200 cm double bed, and a suite with a 180x200 cm bed, en-suite bathroom and terrace with views of the garden and canals. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. This floor also features another complete bathroom with shower.
The villa is equipped with wifi and all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay in Empuriabrava. Pets are not allowed. Bed linen is not included in the price but can be rented for €15 per person (sheets) or €25 per person (sheets and towels). Groups of young people are not accepted.
