Villa degli Olivi is a beautiful holiday villa with attractive architectural features situated just outside Castiglion Fiorentino, a typical Tuscan town on the hills of the Valdichiana, surrounded by age-old olive groves and ancient cypress trees. The villa is situated on the slopes of a hill looking onto the Valdichiana below and is certainly the ideal spot for anyone wanting to spend their holiday in a suggestive country villa, without sacrificing any of the comforts of modern life. The internal fittings, equipment and furnishings of the house are of an high standard and ensure the maximum comfort.
Independent villa sleeps 14.
Ground Floor: with access from the porch equipped for outdoor dining consists of large living room with fireplace and kitchenette, bathroom with shower, laundry room with bathroom with shower and washing machine.
First Floor: reached by both external and internal staircase consists of living room with sofas from which there is access to the panoramic terrace, double bedroom equipped with air conditioning, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, bathroom with Jacuzzi.
Attic: four double bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom with shower, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. The 4 rooms in the attic have air conditioning.
Around the villa a large park of ancient olive trees, fenced and equipped with gazebo, garden furniture, barbecue and wood-burning oven, shaded parking space, where a beautiful infinity pool has been appropriately inserted. About 2 km away from the house is a private tennis court for shared use only with guests of three other villas.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 400 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay).
Heating Euro 8 per hour (if used). Air conditioning Euro 1 per Kwh (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 10 each per day.
Tourist Tax
It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the charging stations located a few kilometers away.
Swimming towels on request Euro 4 each.

Methods of payment by bank transfer:
at the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a 30% deposit of the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 45 days before the beginning of the stay.

Cancellation policy:
-30% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 45 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 44th day and the day of arrival, and in case of No Show.
