They literally ghosted us. We ended up stranded up, knocking on the door for like an hour at night. They have no phone number listed anywhere. We had to ask around and talk to a hotels.com virtual assistant to eventually get a phone number. They didn’t see our booking and overbooked. They eventually got a friend to accommodate us for the night (a stranger picked us up in his car, scary but he turned out nice). But obviously it was very stressful and unprofessional. If we hadn’t been so diligent in looking around to try to contact them we would’ve just been left stranded and scammed. Not sure how they can avoid this in the future, but at least they resolved it once we finally found a way to contact them.
