The charm of Old Florida is present in this townhouse! The close views of the ocean make you feel like you are on a cruise at all times. A well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture along with bedding added to our enjoyable stay. Cedar Key is coming back after the hurricane and that is a great thing!

Friends getaway

The view from this condo is amazing 24 hours a day! It is located within walking distance to anything you need, from coffee to dinner to ice cream. The management company is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great rental in a perfect location!

Although we were there only a few days after Hurricane Debby caused severe damage (again) to Cedar Key, our condo was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. We had a few glitches when we first arrived in Cedar Key (before we could check in), our overall stay was great. Restaurants started opening on Thursday/Friday and that was great. About the only downside was how much sand there was at the front door of the condo. But, we got through it! The kitchen had everything we needed; even some spices and things in the cabinet and everything worked fine. I would highly recommend this property!

Beware there are pictures of TWO bathrooms BUT as the listing states there is only one. No, laundry in the unit, or it would seem anywhere on the island. I asked around but no one could direct me to a coin laundry facility. Something to consider if you're planning a longer stay.

Great first trip to cedar Key

The home was wonderful and Katie & Adam were excellent hosts. Communication was great - questions were always answered within an hour. The home was beautiful, very clean and probably one of the best stocked properties we have ever stayed in - you will need nothing else for your stay. And the location was perfect - wonderful waterfront views from every floor and walking distance to everything in town. Already planing our next trip. Thank you Katie & Adam!

Great getaway

The property location was perfect for us. A quiet area close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The views were incredible, we had a full moon over the water one evening that was spectacular! The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t need anything during our stay, but Adam was very attentive and easy to reach if needed.

Great location…the management team was fantastic…very clean. There was construction in the building and the unit due to previous hurricane damage but the crew was very nice and they made sure they kept the noise to a minimum and never too early. Glad to see the area recovering from the hurricane. Thanks for a wonderful time!!!

A perfect getaway

This is a fabulous property! It was perfect for our party of one couple and two singles. The house lacked for nothing. Coffee maker, pots and pans, beach chairs, a grill -- everything we could possibly need or want was provided. The house has gorgeous views, and is extremely quiet and peaceful. The marsh is clearly a haven for birds. Five minutes after we checked in, a bald eagle soared by the porch! We spent a lovely and relaxing three nights there and we will definitely be back! Adam, Katie and Kim provided top-notch service, offering recommendations and answering my many questions promptly. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

what a view

The breeze condo is very well stocked and has a view that is outstanding. The location is an easy walk to the downtown area and small public beach. We stayed 4 days and didn't get in our vehicle the entire time. The only drawback would be the parking is very limited and would not be suited for anyone challenged by stairs.

Decent if close quarters

This was a decent place with comfortable chairs and a good balcony. Everything works. One bedroom was small and dark. Manager was responsive and helpful. Parking OK. No sunset or sunrise view. We would stay again.

4 Day Get Away

The condo was great. Right by by the water with waves lapping on the rocks. Ready walk to downtown for access to bars, restaurants, shopping. Quaint community with great places to eat. Island House restaurant was outstanding. Also enjoyed 83.

Property and scenery is absolutle breathtaking!

Overlooking the gulf! Saw dolphins every day! The July 4 fireworks were amazing! Management was amazing! Property was very clean and comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked! My only drawback (i am 72) was i didnt read carefully and missed the 'three story' ...33 stairs from door to kitchen on the top floor. However we had an amazing time!

Great views every morning

We had a great stay. We enjoyed sitting on the deck to watch porposes play each morning. Great location in Cedar Key and walkable to restarants. Great place for a laid vack stay. Owners were very responsive with any qurstions.

The Breeze is a great, comfortable place to stay. Great views, and right on the water. There were lots of dolphins and lots of different birds right near the condo. The apartment is well-stocked and very clean. The small, town beach is just a short walk away. A minor problem was that none of the screens, on the sliding glass doors, were working properly--so, unable to keep any of the glass doors open and listen to/smell the sea, from inside the condo. But, that said, I really enjoyed my short stay, and would go back to The Breeze, in a heartbeat.
