The Space:
This stylishly furnished flat in an old building with a spacious floor plan is in a prime location in the centre of the historic old town - with a direct view of the town hall. It offers a successful blend of modern comfort and historical flair.

The flat has two separate bedrooms, each with cosy double beds, high-quality bed linen and plenty of natural light. Ideal for couples, families or small travelling groups.
🛋️ Living area:
The spacious living room invites you to relax with a large, comfortable corner sofa. Large windows offer a charming view of the old town. An adjoining dining area with a solid wood table for up to eight people offers plenty of space for shared meals.
🛁 Bathroom:
Modern and high-quality fittings with a floor-level shower, washbasin with plenty of storage space, WC and heated towel rail. Fresh towels, soap and a hairdryer are of course provided.
🍳 Kitchen:
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pots, crockery and everything you need for a longer stay.
🏛️ Building & access:
The historic townhouse impresses with its listed façade, a well-kept staircase with original elements and classic charm. Access to the flat is via the 1st floor.
📍 Location:
Located directly on the market square - cafés, restaurants, shops and sights are literally on the doorstep. The railway station is also within walking distance.
Guest Access:
Coming from the front door, the path leads through the historic staircase to your accommodation on the 1st floor (1st door on the left - 'Rathaus-Suite'). The room with the washing machine and tumble dryer (‘Feuerwehrkammer’) is located on the same level.
To get to the rear courtyard with the waste bins for residual waste, paper, cardboard and plastic, walk past the stairs on the left from the front door and open the rear door.
Other Things to Note:
Private parking spaces are available for our guests on a nearby property (approx. 8 minutes' walk away). Use is subject to a charge (€6 per day) and only possible by prior reservation, as the number of spaces is limited. Please let us know in good time if you need a parking space.
