Check in and check out were very efficient and friendly. The interior of the lobby is beautiful. We reserved a family suite with 1 king bed and 2 twins (bunk bed). The space was sufficient, but very dark in the front room even with the lights on. The carpets needed to be cleaned better. There were food crumbs and sunflour seeds visible where the vacuum had not been used.
The suite had a 1/2 bath in the sitting area, and a huge full bath with an extra large double vanity with plenty of counter space. The full bath had a standard tub and shower combo, and a separate walk in shower with glass doors.
The bedroom space was very large, with the bunk bed situated in an alcove near the king bed. Very little privacy between the two spaces. Blankets were not available in the suite for the bunk beds, so I had to call to request them from the front desk. Service was friendly and very quick.
The suite had the standard mini fridge and very small microwave.
Parking is not free, it's $10/night.
Breakfast is also not completely free. They provide vouchers for a complimentary item from a breakfast menu, but you'll pay extra if you want something different. We did not end up using the breakfast vouchers during our stay.
We did not use it, but there is a lovely bar in the hotel lobby, with plenty of lounge seating.
Overall, the hotel was a decent choice, but I will stay elsewhere when traveling there again.
