This is a very lovely hotel in a great location. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a lovely park next door. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was beautiful. Overall great experience staying here.

Five star hotel. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Hotel is walking distance to all shopping and most restaurants. Uber is super quick if your getting out tour other areas as well.

The location was good and the room was tiny but nicely appointed as was the bathroom. I had booked a patio room and the patio was a joke… more like a concrete box with no view. No complimentary coffee service in the hotel. The front desk staff was poor, bellmen were great. Having stayed at Charleston Place, the Vendue and the Bohemian, I would stay at any of those before I would stay at The Bennet again.
