Drink/food was charged to my room from a purchase at the front desk that we absolutely did not make. I saw the amount that was charged to my card was a bit off, so I called to ask about it, and I was met with an extremely rude employee who *laughed* at me, and said I was having trouble understanding because of the deposit charge falling off. That’s not the case. He was insist that it was just me who couldn’t comprehend, and he was so unprofessional. I called again a few days later, and the employee was so nice and explained that the amount being off was indeed a charge from the front desk—I told her we never made it, and she said a manager would reverse it and call me back. The charge wasn’t reversed, and no one ever called me. They obviously dont care about customer service here.
