The chalet is positioned facing north, while the main living areas benefit from a south-facing orientation. On the main level, the living and dining room features a Scandinavian wood stove and a dining table, with direct access to a large south-facing terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, a cooking island, and a fondue set for cheese. The first bedroom on this level offers 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom is a children's room furnished with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A hip bath with WC completes this floor. On the lower ground floor, the third bedroom is fitted with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm mattresses and 200 cm in length, along with a television, and provides direct access to the garden and a north-facing terrace.
