Nice quiet aprthotel but no toiletries at all, Bed hard and room very small, living room OK but sofa very hard too. Very old it looks, and definitely not updated. Bath towels smaller then usual hotels hand towels.

소노벨천안

룸컨디션은나쁘지않았어요~수건도깨끗하고침구도깨끗했습니다. 워터파크는생각보다물이차갑더라구요. 놀다보면추운걸모르지만처음들어갈때는따뜻하다는느낌은없었어요. 스노우파크는생각보다재밌었습니다. 특히썰매밀어주는분들정말열심히밀어줍니다. 키즈카페는생각보다규모가작더라구요.

11월에 이용함. 리모델링중인지 지하1층 노래방 분식집쪽은 페인트냄새로 식사를 못할 정도였음. 오락실은 화요일수요일 영업안해서 감옥생활함 낮엔 주위축사에서 나는 악취작렬. 방에서도 냄새가 베어있어서 외출만 하고오면 창문열어야 할 정도. 장사가 안되서인지 다단계 업체 단체 워크샵으로 도때기 시장 같았음. 여기저기 단체 워크샵 손님만 들끓음 조용히 2일 쉬려고 갔는데 모든 악재를 동시에 만나 완전 망쳤고 다시는 갈 생각이 없는 최악의 리조트

체크인시 직원이 2명만 있어 너무 오래 기다림. 직원 또한 불친절. 숙소 싱크대 찬장 안에 먹다 남은 크래커가 들어있었고, 화장실 바닥에는 바퀴가 밟혀 터져있었음. 청소를 아예 안하는 것 같고, 냄비나 그릇에도 음식 찌꺼기가 붙어있었고, 음식물 쓰레기통 안에도 잔여물이 있어 악취가 진동하였음.
