This one’s for the Parents: Harrahs Cherokee was a nice, large property! We stayed in the Cherokee tower and it was very clean, quiet (we were there Thurs-Fri night), smells fresh and amazing! It’s brand new, Starbucks in lobby and Guy Fieri’s restaurant. All in all impressed with rooms and atmosphere. We ate at Wicked Weed and the Italian Brio looked and smelled amazing but they wouldn’t let kids eat at the low top tables in the bar area so it was not an option. Side Note: they do not allow kids anywhere on the casino floors with security gates and all. The arcade and bowling alley were super fun. The kids racked up tickets on 1/2 off token night and there were tons of prizes to choose from- kids has a blast! There is a roof top terrace pool in Cherokee tower and that was beautiful but too cold for us. I took the kids to the SoCo tower to the heated indoor pool in the morning which was 3-4ft deep. The outdoor pool in this tower is a zero entry, only goes up to 3ft and has outdoor cabanas and bar area- both closed when we went swimming but looks like a nice little pool area! The SoCo tower definitely feels “older” with a a slight hint of cigarette smoke. As a parent- would definitely return….would recommend the Cherokee tower!

When we got there, they had a park in one area when we went to check in we were on the other side of the property after getting checked in we went to find our room. No one explained to us how to read what was written on our access card so we went to the fourth floor, but we were supposed to be on the 12th floor. Staff should tell everyone about this.
