Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Pillows were old and general overall feel to the place was that it was old and outdated. Pool was very small and cramped. If 8 people were in, it was too crowded. Worst embassy suites we’ve ever been in. Happy hour was 2 small drinks and the breakfast wasn’t served until 7:30 and we needed to check out early for our next destination. Will not return to this embassy suites again.

The room was already paid for and they told my daughter it wasn’t. She gave the info to the person who was checking in and they told her was not paid for. Even with the reservation email showing paid in full. So she paid it to gain access to the room. My fiancée had to call and they still want to say there was they could do. To steal 270.00 for a room that had been paid for is not good business. I hope that money was put back on my daughters card.

I liked that the location is around numerous restaurants! What i didn't like is the parents of the children that stayed had no control over their children! Parents should accompany children while in pool and work out areas.

A little rough for an Embassy Suites

We were looking forward to staying at Embassy Suites for the large rooms and many amenities. We love the evening reception and the great breakfast! It was a surprise, however, that we could not get coffee in the lobby before 7:30 am. Our suite was sort of cramped - the hotel advertises "sleeps six" but two were on a pull-out couch that was broken and took up the whole width of the 'living room'. Everything was clean and nice except for the pool, which had a lot of hair floating in it. Our kids used the net to gather it up, which was gross. The hotel was full with a wedding and a family reunion but the staff were quite gracious and wonderful with our kids and us. Overall it was a good stay, but those couple problems surprised us.
