Very comfortable hotel. Located in Chinle. Very small town. Clean and quiet. Easy access to Canyon de Chelly. It was fine. Food options are limited. Ate at the restaurant next door. Wait staff are super. Menu options are heavy and filling.

Wow! Didn’t expect such a great room. Two folding suitcase stands, big thick towels, nice toiletries, crisp bed sheets, very comfortable bed and pillows, good lighting and outlet access. Parking in front of room. Lovely plants and flowers btwn parking space and room. Well lit. Although facility appeared to be full to capacity, it was very quiet.

Clean room; swimming pool still closed.

Beautiful clean room and hot shower. I look forward to whenever this Best Western gets their swimming pool repaired. It’s been closed/awaiting renovation since at least 2020. Easy drive from the Best Western to Canyon de Chelly National Monument.

Great staff but the AC/heating unit in our room was extremely loud - came on with a boom, then ran for a few minutes, then off, then a few minutes later back on with a boom. Other than that, a great stay. Stayed in a different room last spring and had a 100% great stay.

The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was good - diner type food - and service there was great too. The staff at the hotel were very helpful when we needed a couple of things and we were able to park our cargo trailer without issue.

I didn't stay there because I didn't find out until I arrived that the pool was unavailable. That's not on the hotels.com site, and there was no warning in the booking confirmation either. The desk clerk was very helpful and didn't charge a cancellation fee -- it wasn't the clerk's fault, after all -- but this is not a way to do business.
