We firmly believe that the key to happiness lies in a balance of both: spending time with friends and family – and having your own privacy. That’s exactly why we were looking for a house like this, and found it at Casa Fortuna in Malix. Spread over three floors, with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a garden and a balcony, it offers an exceptional amount of space for up to 12 people. So you can cook, cycle or go hiking together – whilst also being able to retreat and unwind.

The centrepiece is the light-filled living and dining area beneath the imposing, open-plan solid timber gabled roof. There’s plenty of space here for large dinners, lively conversations by the fireplace and to enjoy the panoramic view of the Churwaldner Valley.



Luxury accommodation: 5 separate bedrooms, ranging from forest green to sunny yellow, so that everyone has their own retreat.



Bathroom comfort: 3 modern bathrooms (shower/WC, bath/WC and a guest toilet) with natural light and high-quality fittings in gold and copper.



Kitchen: Fully equipped for large groups, including an oven, steamer, 2 fondue sets, a large raclette grill and various coffee makers.



Outdoor paradise: Large balcony with valley views, garden with seating area and direct access to the hiking and cycling paradise.



Excellent transport links: The house is situated in a completely quiet, one-way street in Malix (between Chur and Lenzerheide), right next to the hiking trails. There are parking spaces right outside the house, and for those travelling by public transport: the Malix Dorf PostBus stop is only about a 15-minute walk away, taking you right through the historic village and offering stunning views.



Skiing, cycling & hiking: Just 10 minutes’ walk to the Churwalden (Lenzerheide entrance) and Brambrüesch (Chur) ski lifts. Further ski lifts are in the immediate vicinity.



City life: In 15 minutes you can be in the historic old town of Chur for shopping, culture or simply a stroll through the streets.



Whether you’re travelling as a group of cyclists, an extended family or a group of friends: Casa Fortuna is your base camp for nature, togetherness and pure relaxation.

Wir sind für euch da – diskret und hilfsbereit.



Wir lieben es, unseren Gästen den Raum zu geben, die Casa Fortuna ganz als ihr eigenes Zuhause auf Zeit zu genießen. Deshalb erfolgt der Check-in in der Regel ganz entspannt über ein Smart Lock (ihr bekommt rechtzeitig vor Ankunft einen Code zugeschickt).

Erreichbarkeit: Wir (oder unsere Co-Hosts) sind während eures Aufenthalts per Nachricht oder telefonisch erreichbar, falls ihr Fragen zum Haus oder Tipps für die Region braucht.



Insider-Tipps: Ob es um die beste Bike-Route in der Lenzerheide, das gemütlichste Restaurant in Chur oder den schönsten Wanderweg direkt ab der Haustüre geht – wir teilen gerne unsere persönlichen Favoriten mit euch.



Wir respektieren eure Privatsphäre voll und ganz, sorgen aber im Hintergrund dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft, damit ihr euch voll und ganz auf eure gemeinsame Zeit konzentrieren könnt.
