Clean and a quick walk to the beach and downtown. Little warm in the front room but the window AC helped. (Faces afternoon sun). Outside area was a nice place to hang out and decompress.

This is a great house, we would love to come back! Great backyard space and the kids room has an arcade theme (complete with Ms. Pacman). Plenty of space to spread out and relax. There is a coffee shop a few blocks away and the beach is only a block and a half away. There is something magical about waking up, walking to the coffee shop and walking back along the beach. There is also a laundromat a few minutes away, perfect for freshening up clothes when traveling with kids. The host is fantastic and very responsive. Book this place!

The host was very understanding, communicative, and easy to work with. The backyard wasn't quite as nice or accessible as pictures depicted as you have to walk around the property to get to it from this unit. The place is very family friendly with a large living room and a "game room". The game room was different than expected though since it was in the same room as the bunk beds but this wasn't an issue. There was 5 bath towels provided and 3 or 4 beach towels. There wasn't many cleaning supplies but the host doesn't ask for much cleanup at checkout so it wasn't an issue.

Excellent stay. Loved that the beach is only a block away. Big back yard - it was nice enough at night to sit out there and relax. Anyone who remembers going to an Arcade and putting quarters up on the machines will not want to leave the game room. I stayed up too late playing Tempest. Will definitely stay here next time I am in Cocoa Beach.
