The hotel was great. Very good breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good location. The pool was nice, except not very refreshing. The water was very warm. Would definitely stay again.

Very family friendly and located just a short walk to the beach. Our family room fit all 6 of us comfortably. Room was a tad dated and one of the air units didn't work properly 100% of the time, but we made do. Overall, would definitely stay again!

Super convenient location, loaded with activities. Nice laid out rooms and property. Older buildings but nicely renovated in bright, pleasing colors. Breakfast had lots of items to please everyone with indoor and outdoor seating. Would stay again.

I did not get the room I reserved. I was put into a handicapped accessible room when I reserved a standard king room. Upon entering the room, there was dampness, musty smell and the floor was wet. I immediately called the front desk and they sent a housekeeper who mopped the floor. I was told that it was condensation from opening the door. Later that night, after I could no longer take the smell, nor sleep, I went to the front desk and asked for a room change as the room was still damp, and musty- mildew like smell which triggered my allergies as I was not feeling well, at all. I was told by the front desk clerk that everyone has allergies this time of season so it doesn’t necessarily have to be the room, which I thought was a very irresponsible and insensitive comment. I attempted to show pictures of the room and the clerk did not look at the pictures so I asked him, do you not want to see the pictures? He continued on the computer as if I didn’t exist, which I felt was extremely rude and disrespectful. Finally, I convinced him to do a room change because my eyes were red, and my nose was congested from the dampness, musty and mildew smell that was still lingering in the room. In light of the above, the poor service, insensitive and rather rude behavior, made my stay one of the most miserable and frustrating experiences I have ever had during a hotel stay. As a paying guest, they should have never placed me in a room in such bad condition. This was indeed a health hazard.

Really cool family friendly motel/ hotel. Big bang for your buck. The vibe is vacation. It’s an experience. I paid 150 a room a night. My room had 2 queen beds bathroom kitchenette then a sofa pullout with door 2 tvs clean comfortable staff so nice accommodating. Lazy river very unique. A free visit from the little mermaid who paint glitter on faces. Sand man made beach area very cool tiki bar cool. Live music. And movies on big screen. This trip was the right price and way more than expected.

We stayed here the night before we boarded our cruise ship. It was super convenient to the ports, and our kids absolutely loved the pool, lazy river, and big movie screen. The restaurants onsite were great and so convenient! Highly recommend staying here before you board a cruise, it was the perfect start to our trip and we’d definitely stay again!
